Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases of Wellaray Coffee made through https://detoxvita.world/, operated by Larkfield Nutrition Ltd ("we", "us"). It is issued in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which implement EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (applicable across the EU and retained in UK law).

1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer purchasing goods online, you have a statutory right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a nominated third party) physically receive the goods. This is commonly known as the "cooling-off period".

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us clearly before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:

• Emailing us at hello@detoxvita.world with your name, address and order reference; or
• Completing and submitting the contact form at contact.html, clearly stating you wish to cancel.

A model cancellation statement: "I hereby give notice that I cancel my order of [product], received on [date], ordered by [name], at [address]."

2. Returns Condition

To qualify for a full refund, the product must be:

• Unopened - the outer box and all individual sachets must be intact and in original condition.
• Returned within 14 calendar days of you notifying us of your cancellation.
• In a condition suitable for resale (no damage beyond normal handling to inspect the package).

We cannot accept returns of opened products for hygiene and food safety reasons, unless the product was faulty or not as described at the time of delivery.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, you have the right to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to report the issue. We will arrange collection at no cost to you and issue a full refund including any delivery charges paid.

4. How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at hello@detoxvita.world to notify us of your return and receive return instructions.
2. Package the product securely in its original packaging where possible.
3. Send the package to: Larkfield Nutrition Ltd Returns, 14 Larkfield Road, London SE14 5QA, UK.
4. We recommend using a tracked postal service. Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are your responsibility. We cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

5. Refund Process and Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. We will refund to the original payment method used at checkout (or arrange cash refund for COD orders). You will receive email or phone confirmation when the refund is processed.

If you paid on delivery (COD), please include your bank account details for a BACS transfer, or we will arrange a cash refund as agreed.

We will refund the full product price plus the standard delivery charge (if charged). We are not obliged to refund the cost of express delivery upgrades unless the product was faulty.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer product exchanges. If you wish to change your order (e.g. from 1 box to 3 boxes), please cancel the original order and place a new one.

7. Exclusions

The following are not eligible for return or refund (unless faulty):

• Opened or partially used products.
• Products returned more than 14 calendar days after the cancellation notice date.
• Products returned without prior notification to us.

8. Your Statutory Rights
